Day care: 0 to 3 years
Payment
The rates mentioned on the website are calculated over the number of weeks that you take care of and are charged in 12 monthly instalments.
Out-of-school care: 4 to 12 years old
Transport
Other conditions apply to BSO for (taxi) transport requirements.
Flexible holiday hours
Depending on the number you purchase, holidays are offered at the same rate as the hours during the school weeks. The annual costs of these flexible holiday hours are included in your monthly invoice. If childcare starts during the year, holiday hours will be offered pro rata. The minimum purchase of 120, 130 or 140 flexible holiday hours (depending on the service) is converted into the number of months remaining until the end of the calendar year. There will be no refund for unused holiday hours that have already been paid.
Flexible holiday hours can also be used during school weeks, except during school holidays. For example, during study days and school closures. Or if your child occasionally comes to play at the after-school care center.
Do you want childcare during the school holidays? Always register your child for each holiday via the parent portal.
Payment
The rates mentioned on the website are calculated over the number of weeks that you take care of and are charged in 12 monthly instalments. This does not apply to a number of existing customers. The rates are calculated for these customers based on the number of weeks that your care is taken and charged in 10 monthly instalments.
This arrangement is not available to new customers; they receive an invoice every month.
Closing days
Kibeo has the option to close a maximum of two days to be determined by the organization. In consultation with the Client Council, these are both days that connect a public holiday to the weekend.
Before 2024, all branches and the Service Office will be closed on:
- Friday May 10, the day after Ascension Day
- Friday, December 27, the day after Boxing Day
Did you actually have childcare on these days? The hours on this closing day will then automatically be added to your absence credit in the month in which the closing day falls.
Childcare Allowance
If you are both working and/or attending school, you are entitled to childcare allowance. This is a contribution towards the costs of childcare. Request the allowance directly via toeslagen.nl as soon as you have received your childcare agreement or at least within 3 months after you started taking care of childcare. This way you will certainly not miss out on any benefits and you will avoid unnecessarily advancing costs yourself.
